Returns & Refunds

​You have the right to return any unused products, within 14 days, for a full refund.

​Postage

​All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail. If you would like to upgrade your postage to 'signed for', then please contact us before checking out your order.

​It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure they have provided the correct postal address. If an incorrect postal address has been provided, we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement parcel.
